The WIFI Zone Research Committee has finally come up with an android model of human behavior. After several years of sneaky research using manipulation checks and confirmatory factor analysis, a unique personality model has dominantly surfaced out of the fledging consciousness of the respondents. It shall be called as the Doroco mentality.Doroco mentality may be referred to as a “scratch in the bucket”. It is a way of thinking described by the phrase ” if I haven’t thought of it, then it is obnoxious”. This short-sighted, non-constructive thinking leaks out of the bad mouth (or bad breath perhaps) as a sharp comment of disagreement starting with the phrase like ‘’ What kind of…., Ooops! It’s better this way…., I have a better idea…., Wrong, It should be like this…., No! what I have beats yours…., I’m better than you” and many more. It’s a pull down attitude of insecurity, envy, conceit, selfishness and even mental defect. It is actually an attempt to ride upon one’s own coat-tails of resentment of others’ criticism. That’s why it is called Doroco, after that prey bird common in fishponds and rice paddies.
The Doroco bird lacks the flying dexterity of other birds around but this it overcomes with its underwater skill and its voracious stomach and wicked sensitivity for weaker beings. The metaphor of its character refers to its uncanny predisposition in a useless "king of the hill" competition which ensures the collective demise of its ecosystem. The analogy in human behavior is that this creepy Doroco model will attempt to "pull down" (negate or diminish the importance of) any member who achieves success beyond others, out of jealousy or competitive feelings. And this he achieves with all the destructive criticisms, total indifference to others’ positive achievements, and unwanted suggestive comments. Worst is when this Doroco model ultimately engages, as expected, in destructive reporting as a boot-licker or sycophant. So who would say he is human? Man is fundamentally good…so he/she must be an android!
